Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and AI Credit Care. They explain what our service does and does not do, what we ask of you, and how billing and cancellation work. Please read them before you use our services.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1Agreement to these terms

By using our website or signing up for a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

When you sign up for a paid plan you will also receive a written service agreement and the disclosures required by law. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the service agreement applies.

2Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States, and you may use our services only for your own credit file. You may not use them on behalf of another person unless you have legal authority to act for them.

3What our services are

AI Credit Care helps you understand your credit reports and dispute information that appears to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable. With your authorization, we:

  • retrieve and analyze your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit reports;
  • show you what our model found and explain why each item was flagged;
  • draft dispute letters for you to review and approve;
  • send approved disputes and track the responses.

We are not a law firm, a lender, a credit bureau or a financial adviser, and nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

4No guarantee of results

We cannot guarantee that any item will be corrected or removed from your credit report, or that your credit score will go up by any amount or at all. Credit bureaus and creditors decide how to respond to a dispute.

Information that is accurate, current and verifiable cannot lawfully be removed from a credit report, and we will not dispute an item on that basis. Score changes and timelines shown on our website are examples or estimates, not promises.

5Your responsibilities

To use our services, you agree to:

  • give us information that is true, accurate and complete, and keep it up to date;
  • review each finding and dispute letter before you approve it;
  • not ask us to dispute information that you know is accurate;
  • send us any replies you receive directly from a bureau or creditor;
  • keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

6Your authorization

When you connect your reports, you authorize us to obtain your credit reports for the purpose of providing our services. When you approve a dispute, you authorize us to prepare and send it to the relevant credit bureau, creditor or collection agency in your name.

You can withdraw this authorization at any time by cancelling your plan or contacting us. Disputes that have already been sent cannot be recalled.

7Plans, billing and cancellation

The plans we offer and their prices are shown on our Pricing page. You will always see the price and the billing period before you pay.

  • Three-day right to cancel. You may cancel your service agreement without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after you sign it.
  • Cancel any time. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your account or by contacting us.
  • Refunds. Our money-back guarantee and how to claim it are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If we change our prices, we will tell you before the change applies to you.

8Your rights under the law

You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act, including:

  • the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with a credit bureau yourself, at no cost;
  • the right to a free copy of your credit report from each bureau through AnnualCreditReport.com;
  • the right to cancel a contract with a credit repair organization within three business days of signing it;
  • the right to take legal action against a credit repair organization that breaks the law.

This is a summary. You will receive the full written disclosure of your rights before you sign a service agreement. Nothing in these terms waives any right the law gives you.

9Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use our services for anything unlawful or fraudulent, including making false statements to a credit bureau or creditor;
  • try to access another person’s account or information;
  • copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of our website, software or model;
  • interfere with the security or normal operation of our services.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

11Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to keep our services accurate and available, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every error on a credit report will be found.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AI Credit Care, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as a loan being declined or offered on less favorable terms, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other consumer protection laws.

13Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most problems can be resolved quickly by our support team.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will tell you about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
